This graph is build on data reported to Forest Europe, when available. The list of reporting countries by region is as follows:
- Central-East: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania
- Central-West: France, Ireland, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechenstein, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.
- North: Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Denmark
- South-East: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Albania, Greece, Cyprus and Turkiye
- South-West: Portugal, Spain and Italy
