The Yearbook Forest 2017 tables presented here (source: Environmental Agency, SMI 2017) reflect the results of the inventory for the last five years (2013-2017). The methodology for calculating SMI is constantly evolving. In order to maintain comparability, it is also appropriate to recalculate the estimate for prior years. As a result, data from previous years in this publication may differ from those in previous yearbooks.
