The field instructions are structured as follows: Initially, there is an overview of the NFI procedures with references to the instructions and to a checklist for when the different procedures should be followed. The instructions are subdivided so that each chapter in the field instruction describes how they differ variables must be measured. At the beginning of each procedure there is specified which variables are key variables in it level.
