National Forest Inventory - Intermediate Results of 3. Cycle (years 2011 - 2015) in Polish

This documentation presents the intermediate results based on data from trial plots set up throughout the 2nd and 3rd NFI cycle (2010-2014 and 2015 - 2019). Changing the calculation method from calculation units to inventory units during the cycle is associated with limited possibilities of comparing results from the subsequent years of the cycle. In order to eliminate the impact of changing the calculation methodology in the analysis of trends observed in the structure and state of forests during the particular years of the third cycle, it was decided to carry out recalculations (according to inventory units) based on WISL field data from 2011-2015 and re-publish the results. This publication, as intended by the authors, is to replace the results published in March 2016 and constitute the official source of data on the country's forests as of 1 January 2015. Data tables are organized as in the Final Results of NFI 2 (2010-2014).
