Lithuanian NFI-1, Table 5.1: Forest Land Area comparison NFI-1 and Stand Level Inventory (SFI)

The file provides the content of Table 5.1 of the NFI-1 Report (1998-2002), which compares the Forest Land Area figures of the National Forest Inventory against the 'Stand Level Inventory' (SFI) (published 01/01/2002), also called 'Forest Accounting' (FA) based on the State Forest Cadastre. In the Lithuanian Statistical Yearbook of Forestry (published annualy, latest issue 2018) Forest Area figures are taken from SFI not the NFI. Therefore this file gives the only opportunity to compare the differences in values between both Inventories.
