INFC 2005 - Le stime di superficie: Forest Area Surface estimates - Results by NUTS 1 level (Macro Areas) and NUTS 3 Level (Provinces)

This Report summarizes results for three Macro Areas (officially Italy has 5 Macro Areas in 2019) and therefore not exactly NUTS level 1 and for 103 Provinces (NUTS level 3). For both NUTS levels the figures are reported for all three inventory categories: 1. INVENTORY MACRO-CATEGORIES (Forest and OWL), 2. INVENTORY CATEGORIES (three categories for Forest and five for OWL) 3. The 28 INVENTORY FOREST CATEGORIES (17 for High Forest - species group related, three for Plantation Forest, one for Temporarily Unstocked Areas and five categories under OWL (including Inaccessible or Non-Classifiable forested areas).
