This volume documents the methods of carrying out the inventory and evaluating the third federal forest inventory (BWI 2012). It is aimed at inventory specialists and is intended to make the methods used understandable and to help with the evaluation of the evaluations. It is also intended to facilitate the preparation of follow-up inventories.
